Improving lung cancer treatment outcomes by utilizing fully human,
patient-based models and single-cell technologies.
The overarching objective of our lab is to understand cancer drug resistance and to identify novel targeted therapy and immunotherapy combinations for lung cancer patients to prolong treatment responses.
We are also developing fully human model systems for cancer research and precision medicine.
